Hey someone needs to tell this guy to cut it out and give him a big shirt

And when I do job interviews, to test if the applicants of system admin roles has ever spent any time at the command prompt with out a GUI. I ask 'vi or emacs' I really don't care which they answer, but if they give me a blank look, they just don't have the right stuff.

umm yeh he means CTRL-ALT-DEL … because on a computer when your system is running slow its probably because a program has crashed or its using to much of your computers resources.. so you usually press CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up the Task Manager window, within this window you can force quit running or crashed programs =D

OMG….forget CTRL ALT DEL idea all together. There are 2 kids in the picture. Even better the kids are identical. Oh Even better than that, the 2nd born child would be a COPY of the 1st born child. Hence the use of standard Windows shortcuts, CTRL+C is to copy selected text. CTRL+V is for the “paste” function. COPY & PASTE…………lol I do see the irony in the other posts made about the performance of the PC…………

Well on ubuntu you’d technically go ctrl + C to terminate immediately, ctrl + X still gives you the option to save as.
